Instructions
step by stepLay out 8 slices of bread on a clean work surface. Spread mayonnaise on 4 slices and mustard on the other 4 slices.
On the mayonnaise side of each slice, layer 3-4 slices of turkey breast, followed by 2 slices of cooked bacon.
Add 4-5 slices of avocado on top of the bacon, then layer 2-3 tomato slices.
Place a slice of Swiss cheese on top of the tomatoes, then add a handful of shredded lettuce.
Top each sandwich with the mustard-spread bread slice, pressing down gently to compact the layers.
Heat your panini press to medium-high heat. Brush the outside of each sandwich lightly with melted butter.
Place the sandwiches in the panini press and close the lid. Cook for 4-5 minutes until the bread is golden brown and crispy, and the cheese has melted.
Remove from the press and let rest for 1 minute before slicing diagonally. Serve immediately while hot and crispy.
