Recipe Story
origins & traditionsAçaí na Tigela is a beloved morning staple originating from the Amazon region. This refreshing bowl features frozen açaí berries blended into a thick, sorbet-like consistency with banana for natural sweetness. The smooth purple base is traditionally topped with granola, fresh banana slices, strawberries, and a drizzle of honey. Rich in antioxidants and healthy fats, this energizing bowl has become popular throughout the country as a wholesome way to start the day. The combination of creamy açaí with crunchy granola and sweet fruits creates a perfect balance of textures and flavors.
